Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst.
Experience in Sales BPO or Real Estate BPO preferred.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable analytical, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of call audits, quality parameters, and quality reports.
Ability to identify process gaps and provide constructive feedback.
Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and audit customer calls as per quality standards.
Evaluate calls and prepare quality reports.
Identify errors, process gaps, and areas for improvement.
Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Maintain accurate quality records and reports.
Coordinate with operations teams to improve overall process quality.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
