Location: Guwahati (Field Sales)
Experience: 2+ years in Interior Products / Building Materials
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month + High Incentives + Travel Allowances
Role: Onboard, activate, and manage retail & distributor networks across Eastern/NE India.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard current dealers, showrooms, and building material shops via field visits and lead data.
Conduct daily follow-ups to convert leads, secure first orders, and ensure repeat orders.
Coordinate product samples, displays, pricing, and factory dispatches for dealers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and gather competitive market feedback.
Requirements
Based in Guwahati with solid B2B field sales experience.
Proven track record in building materials (wall panels, boards).
Result-driven, persuasive, and skilled at dealer relationship management.
Open to travelling NE region for Sales and dealer relationship management
