Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Planning Manager to lead and oversee the planning and scheduling of large-scale hospitality construction projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of project planning methodologies, hospitality sector standards, and a proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project schedules (WBS, timelines, milestones) using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Collaborate with project stakeholders (design, procurement, construction) to ensure timely planning, coordination, and execution.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management through dashboards and reports.
Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and identify potential delays with mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with cost control teams to align schedules with budget forecasts.
Ensure compliance with hospitality brand standards, building codes, and client requirements.
Manage planning teams and mentor junior planners across multiple projects.
Liaise with contractors, consultants,



and vendors to track deliverables and resolve planning issues.
Participate in client meetings, reviews, and approvals related to planning functions.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
12+ years of experience in project planning within the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, luxury developments, etc.).
Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control tools.
Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and local regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:
Projects involving 4-star or 5-star hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality spaces.
Working with reputed hospitality brands or real estate developers in India.
Experience managing planning on both EPC and turnkey projects.
