We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify
Update product details, pricing, and inventory regularly
Process daily orders, returns, and exchanges
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners
Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email
Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports
Assist in running online promotions and discount campaigns
Ensure accurate product information and quality control

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
