Coordinate daily OT schedules and allocate operation theatres efficiently.
Liaise with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth surgical operations.
Ensure availability of surgical instruments, equipment, consumables, and implants before procedures.
Monitor OT utilization and optimize theatre efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of surgeries, OT registers, and patient documentation.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, sterilization standards, and hospital policies.
Coordinate emergency surgeries and prioritize cases as required.
Supervise housekeeping and maintenance of OT cleanliness and functionality.
Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement of OT supplies.
Assist in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and accreditation requirements (e.g., NABH/JCI).
Prepare reports on OT performance, utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
Handle patient and staff concerns related to OT operations professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
