Location: Jaipur (multi-plant environment)

Role Purpose

The Transformation PMO will support and drive execution of a multi-year business transformation

program aimed at scaling the organisation by 5X.

This is a high-energy, execution-oriented role for an early-career professional who can bring rigor,

follow-through, and structure to multiple transformation initiatives, while working closely with senior

leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Execution
Drive day-to-day execution of multiple transformation initiatives across operations,

supply chain, ERP, sales, exports, domestic expansion, and cost optimisation
Break high-level initiatives into transparent tasks, milestones, owners, and timelines
Ensure timely closure of actions through rigorous follow-up

PMO Governance & Tracking
Maintain a central transformation plan and trackers
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefits
Highlight slippages early and propose corrective actions

Senior Leadership Coordination
Coordinate with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, IT,

and HR
Act as a neutral execution enabler who can push, remind, and escalate diplomatically




Prepare structured inputs for leadership

Reporting & Communication
Prepare weekly progress updates and monthly leadership decks
Maintain risk and issue logs with transparent ownership and mitigation plans

Risk & Dependency Management
Identify cross-functional dependencies and execution bottlenecks
Proactively flag risks related to decisions, capacity, or timelines
Track mitigation actions to closure

Ad-hoc Strategic Support
Support leadership with data analysis, process documentation, workshops, and

vendor coordination
Act as a hands-on problem solver, not just a tracker

Pay: ₹12,862.34 - ₹50,000.00 per month
