About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction operations across our project sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a solid understanding of civil works, and the ability to ensure that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications & requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on site supervision experience
Proven leadership ability to manage and supervise construction sites and project teams
Solid proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, construction methods, and contract documentation
Direct experience in civil design is a strong advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative team approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under time constraints

Key responsibilities
Coordinate daily site tasks in accordance with project priorities, adjusting plans as needed due to weather, supply, or personnel changes




Assign duties and oversee the work of crew members, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
Supervise and guide the construction team, providing explicit direction and technical support
Resolve conflicts or miscommunications promptly and professionally
Deliver regular project status reports to site engineers, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders
Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and emergency protocols
Enforce site safety rules to minimise the risk of accidents and injuries
Maintain accurate records of construction team attendance

Compensation: will vary based on experience

Work Location: Travel is required for daily site visits;

Interested parties must be locally situated in Thrissur.
