Operations Manager – Jewellery Store

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our jewellery store. The role involves managing staff, ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and staff performance.
Monitor sales, targets, stock, and inventory movements.
Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery and valuables.
Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Coordinate with accounts, purchase, and management teams.
Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in jewellery retail or store operations.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Valuable knowledge of jewellery sales and inventory management.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
