Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join a leading pipe dealership at Pandara, Bhubaneswar.

The candidate will be responsible for calling customers and dealers, generating leads, following up on enquiries, and supporting sales activities. Telecalling roles in Bhubaneswar commonly involve outbound/inbound calls, lead generation, customer communication and follow-ups.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers, dealers and potential clients.
Follow up on enquiries and sales leads.
Explain pipe products, prices and offers to customers.
Generate new sales enquiries through telephone calls.
Maintain customer details and daily call records.




Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
Achieve monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements
Fresher or 0–1 year experience in telecalling/sales.
Positive communication skills in Odia and Hindi; basic English preferred.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in pipe, sanitary, hardware or building-material sales will be an advantage.
