Role Description
This is a full time hybrid role for a Business Line Manager at AECORD. You will oversee the sales, operations, development, and growth of a business line, including planning strategies, managing the team, and overseeing the P&L.; The role is primarily located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home.
Qualifications
Business Management in a StartUp
Sales and Business Development skills
Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
Proven experience in driving revenue growth and managing P&L;
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
Analytical and strategic mindset
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience in the Construction Industry is a plus
