Job Responsibilities:
Installation, commissioning, and servicing of cooling systems at customer sites.
Execute AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service activities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.
Provide timely service support and ensure closure of service calls.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical escalations.
Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
Experience in servicing cooling systems, HVAC, or refrigeration equipment is preferred.
Positive troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
