About the Role

The F&B; Server is responsible for serving guests food and beverages and making sure they have a pleasant dining experience at Patan Mahal.

Main Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
Set up tables before meals and clean them after guests finish.
Take food and beverage orders correctly.
Serve food and drinks to guests in a proper and timely manner.
Check with guests during the meal to make sure everything is comfortable and satisfactory.
Clear used plates, glasses and cutlery from tables.
Keep the dining areas, tables and service areas clean and tidy.
Help with breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee and other guest services.
Assist with outdoor meals, garden dining and special events when required.
Help with easy preparations and arrangements before and after meals.
Inform the senior staff if a guest has any request, complaint or special requirement.
Take care of hotel equipment, crockery, cutlery and other F&B; items.
Follow basic hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
Work as part of the team and help colleagues whenever required.




Be willing to work flexible hours depending on guest requirements.

Important

At Patan Mahal, the F&B; team is expected to provide warm, personal and attentive service to guests. Since this is a countryside heritage property, staff should be comfortable with different dining settings, outdoor service and assisting guests with requests beyond regular restaurant service.
