Business Development & Marketing InternRoles & Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients, business opportunities, and target markets.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and online research.
Reach out to prospective clients and introduce the company and its services.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Schedule client meetings, presentations, and discussions.
Assist in preparing company presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
Maintain and regularly update lead, client, and follow-up trackers.
Assist with government tender and business chance research on relevant portals.
Support applications and documentation for relevant business prospects, grants, and startup programs.
Assist with investor and funding-related outreach when required.
Coordinate with colleges, institutions, partners, and external stakeholders for meetings and events.
Support the planning and coordination of workshops, seminars, hackathons, bootcamps, and other company events.




Assist in creating and publishing skilled content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities for brand growth.
Collect client feedback, requirements, and market insights and communicate them to the internal team.
Prepare daily activity updates and maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, follow-ups, and leads.
Submit regular End-of-Day (EOD) reports and weekly progress updates.
Perform other business development and marketing activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
Good research and lead-generation skills.
Comfortable with calling and communicating with new people.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
Valuable follow-up and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a startup environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹80.86 - ₹1,000.00 per month
