About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients in the U.S. market.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, job portals, and online databases.
Use lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or similar platforms.
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems and internal trackers.
Connect with prospective clients through professional email and LinkedIn outreach.
Coordinate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.
Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports.




Stay updated on U.S. market trends and hiring practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation is an added advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
