Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound & outbound leads for primary real estate projects

Pitch and promote commercial office spaces and residential properties.

Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients for property walkthroughs

Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options

Negotiate terms and support deal closures

Maintain accurate leads and client records

Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets for perks.

Eligibility & Requirements:

1 year to 5 years of experience in Real Estate/ Banking/ Insurance/ B2C

sales

Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Comfortable with field sales, site visits, and weekend working

Target-driven and result oriented mindset

Candidates, owning a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler is





mandatory due to frequent site visits

Knowledge of the Noida/Delhi NCR market will be an added advantage

Immediate Joiners preferred.
