D2C experience is mandatory. Candidates must have hands-on experience handling customer support for D2C brands.
Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Experience, Operations, or E-commerce.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Looking for inquisitive, proactive, and solution-oriented individuals.
Comfortable working 6 days a week (9-hour shift).

Key Responsibilities
Handle 100+ inbound customer calls (volume may vary).
Make 80+ outbound calls for abandoned cart recovery.
Conduct customer feedback calls for WOW Bills (orders above ₹5,000).
Resolve customer queries through WhatsApp, Email, and Support Tickets (50+ interactions daily).
Ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
