Job Summary

SparkBrains Private Limited is seeking a talented Python Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Django to join our growing tech team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should be passionate about writing clean, efficient code and enjoy working in a team-oriented development environment. Experience with FastAPI or Flask is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django
Write clean, reusable, and productive code following best practices
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members
Develop, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs
Integrate third-party APIs and external services
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to project planning

Required Skills
Robust proficiency in Python and its core libraries
2+ years of hands-on experience with Django




Solid understanding of REST APIs and web services
Experience with ORMs, authentication, middleware, and Django admin customization
Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience with Git for version control
Familiarity with unit testing and debugging tools

Preferred / Bonus Skills
Experience with FastAPI and/or Flask
Knowledge of Docker, Postman, Celery, and Redis
Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Python web development
