About the Role

Geisha Designs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a CRM skilled to manage client, buyer, and customer relationships, support sales activities, and ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Handle communication and follow-ups with buyers, clients, and customers.
Manage customer queries, requirements, feedback, and concerns.
Support the sales team in lead follow-ups, conversions, and client servicing.
Coordinate with internal teams for orders, samples, requirements, and deliveries.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow-up reports.
Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships.

Required Skills




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
Proactive, organized, and presentable.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM tools.
Fashion/apparel industry experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
