Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Jr. Cytogenetic Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) and a background in cytogenetics.
Responsibilities:
Perform cytogenetic laboratory procedures under the supervision of senior technologists
Prepare and analyze patient samples for chromosomal abnormalities
Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies
Follow quality control and quality assurance protocols
Requirements:
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)
Knowledge of cytogenetics
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well in a team setting
