HelloScore is looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Detail-Oreinted Credit Advisor to join our growing team. If you are fluent in Malayalam, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to learn and build your career, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Interact with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
Understand customers' credit-related concerns and provide initial guidance.
Explain HelloScore's services in a simple and qualified manner.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM.
Build solid relationships through excellent communication and customer support.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory).
Basic English communication is an added advantage.
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.




Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
