Operation Theatre (OT) In-Charge | 4–5 Years Experience

Experienced and dedicated OT In-Charge with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing operation theatre activities and ensuring smooth surgical procedures. Skilled in coordinating with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff to maintain a sterile and effective OT environment. Proficient in scheduling surgeries, managing OT staff, and ensuring the availability and proper functioning of surgical instruments and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the operation theatre to ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and OT staff for scheduled and emergency surgeries
Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
Ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and availability of OT equipment and instruments
Manage OT inventory, including surgical supplies and consumables
Supervise and train OT technicians and nursing staff
Prepare OT for different types of surgeries and ensure readiness at all times
Maintain accurate records,



reports, and documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and accreditation requirements
Handle emergency situations efficiently and support critical procedures

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing / Operation Theatre Technology or related field
4–5 years of relevant experience in OT management
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques
Familiarity with infection control standards and patient safety protocols
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work under pressure in rapid-paced environments
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
