Position Requirement:

Management, coordination and motivation of development Team

Communicative

Experience from the automotive industry

Project control experience preferred

MS Office, English B2, German level 2 preferred

Self-motivated, with high level of integrity & sense of economic acting

Knowledge of purchase practices, KSRM, SAP

Purpose of Position:

Provides external performance and material for prototyping and ZP5, ZP7 trials

Expert buyer for ZP5, ZP7 parts, with Project management

Knowledge on suppliers, negotiating, ordering,

Communication with supplier

Responsible for logistics for ordered parts

Tasks:
Coordinate and manage the relevant team to successfully finish the tasks, control and making

appropriate decision.
Manage and motivate the team regarding task delegation, project target setting,



performance and

recommendation for remuneration.
Coordination of purchasing, technology and their progression
Coordination of delivering of parts and services
Negotiated of deliveries of material / services
Planning of the total costs of project and their observance.
Assign of tasks to the member of team, check of the current status
Coordinate of delivery of prototypes tool, communication with supplier
Develops opinion on: recommendation for supplier selection
Coordination of price negotiations - with departments of development
Negotiation and Coordinate of price quotes with the responsibility to fill the task of project.
