Key Responsibilities
Preparing invoices, delivery challans, and credit notes.
Coordinating with warehouse team for order dispatch.
Maintaining daily sales and billing records.
Ensuring accuracy in rate, quantity, batch, and GST details.
Handling customer queries related to billing.
Supporting accounts team with basic documentation.
Updating stock entries in the system when required.
Requirements
Qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software).
Experience in billing preferred; freshers can also apply.
Must be accurate, responsible, and quick in handling data.
Positive communication skills.
