Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure construction work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on field experience in residential building construction and be willing to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house teams.
Monitor labour productivity and maintain work progress.
Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
Verify reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, brickwork, plastering, and finishing works.
Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate material requirements and monitor material usage.
Report project updates and site issues to the Project Engineer.

Requirements




Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of field experience in residential construction.
Good knowledge of construction methods and building materials.
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel between project sites.

Preferred Skills
proficiency in Kannada
Strong problem-solving ability.
Good planning and time management.
Ability to handle labour and subcontractor coordination.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
