Position Details:
Position: Nurse In-Charge
Location: Khar, Mumbai
Experience: 6–15 years
In-Charge Experience: Mandatory
Oncology Experience: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day nursing operations in the oncology unit.
Lead, guide, and monitor the nursing team to ensure quality patient care.
Ensure protected administration of chemotherapy and other oncology treatments as per protocols.
Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy and identify adverse reactions promptly.
Ensure proper documentation of nursing care, medication, treatment, and patient records.
Coordinate with oncologists, doctors, and other departments for smooth patient care.
Ensure compliance with infection control, medication safety, and hospital/NABH protocols.
Prepare duty rosters, manage staffing requirements,



and monitor attendance and performance.
Conduct nursing training, orientation, and competency assessments for staff.
Ensure proper handling of emergency situations and timely escalation of critical cases.
Monitor availability and proper use of medicines, consumables, and nursing equipment.
Maintain high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and patient experience.
Handle nursing-related concerns and coordinate with management for resolution.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
