We Are Hiring – Student Counselor

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Counselor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational and career goals, guiding them toward suitable online and distance-learning programs, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and understand their academic and career aspirations.
Explain suitable UG, PG, and qualified programs.
Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate student and lead information in the CRM.
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and student-support teams for smooth onboarding.

Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in student counseling,



academic counseling, inside sales, tele-calling, or customer relationship management.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening and counseling abilities.
Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups.
Proficiency in English and regional languages is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
