WE'RE HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR (INTERIOR)

MN Interio LLP is looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Site Supervisor to join our interior projects team.

Requirements:
ITI / Polytechnic / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Candidates with experience in interior fit-out projects are preferred.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Solid communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to supervise site activities and manage manpower.
Basic knowledge of drawings and site measurements.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior site execution.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and workers.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
Monitor material usage and site progress.
Maintain safety and discipline at the worksite.
Prepare daily work progress reports.

Location: Mongam, Malappuram, Kerala

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
