Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst – MIS & Project Coordination to manage project data, MIS reporting, documentation and cross-functional coordination for the Education Vertical.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain MIS, dashboards, trackers and management reports.
Analyse, clean, validate and consolidate project data.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, pending actions and dependencies.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Projects, Training, HR and IT teams.
Prepare MOMs, action trackers, presentations and briefing reports.
Maintain project documents, approvals, correspondence and records.
Support project/payment status tracking and follow-ups.
Coordinate with PSUs, government departments, vendors and educational institutions when required.




Manage relevant ERP/MIS portals and digital systems.
Support management in project monitoring and official visits when required.

Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Reconciliation
MS PowerPoint & Qualified Documentation
Project Tracking & Stakeholder Coordination
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Commerce, BBA/MBA or related field.

Preferred: Experience with Government/PSU/Education projects or large-scale multi-location projects.

Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi
Travel: Occasional official travel as per project requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
