Job Description – Barista
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per company standards.
Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment safely.
Greet customers and provide friendly, skilled service.
Take customer orders and process payments when required.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Assist in inventory management and daily opening/closing duties.
