Roles & Responsibilities
EPT Communication & Client Coordination
Present and explain the Estimated Project Timeline (EPT) document to clients clearly and professionally.
Obtain formal client acknowledgement and sign-off on the EPT prior to project commencement.
Monitor and track actual project completion against committed timelines.
Collect and act on client feedback to continuously improve communication clarity.
Final Site Measurement & Validation
Conduct accurate site measurements and validate all dimensions before production/dispatch.
Submit final measurement reports within defined timelines to avoid production delays.
Ensure pre-measurement checklist compliance covering plumbing, electrical, and civil readiness.
Coordinate effectively with design and production teams to align on specifications.
Minimize errors and rework due to inaccurate measurements.
Installation Quality & Execution Supervision
Supervise and ensure installation work adheres to approved design drawings and specifications.
Identify and resolve installation defects during or immediately after installation.
Minimize rework instances by ensuring quality checks at each stage of execution.




Ensure installation completion within the timeline defined in the EPT.
Maintain site cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards throughout the installation process.
Final Handover to Client
Ensure complete project documentation (checklists, warranty cards, operation manuals) is prepared and handed over to the client.
Obtain client sign-off on the final handover document.
Drive snag list closure before initiating handover.
Achieve high client satisfaction scores at the handover stage.
Monitor and address post-handover complaints within the defined resolution period.
Client Coordination & Communication
Maintain proactive and explicit communication with clients throughout the installation lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns during installation.
Escalate client issues promptly to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
