Key Responsibilities
Manage guest support from booking confirmation until tour completion.
Prepare itineraries, hotel confirmations, vouchers, and other travel documents.
Coordinate vehicles, drivers, guides, hotels, and other suppliers for smooth tour operations.
Monitor ongoing tours and quickly handle any operational issues or guest requests.
Maintain transparent communication with guests and travel partners to ensure an excellent travel experience.
Coordinate with the sales team for a smooth handover and execution of bookings.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in travel, tourism, or tour operations.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle situations calmly.
Valuable English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of travel operations and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
