Job Duties:
Input daily site progress, labor counts, and material usage logs into software.
Transcribe civil measurements, quantities, and estimates from paper blueprints or engineer notes.
Verify data accuracy by cross-checking vendor invoices against delivery receipts.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for architectural and structural documents.
Generate daily, weekly, or monthly inventory and project status reports.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent certification.
Proven experience with Microsoft Excel or construction management software.
Rapid typing speed with a high accuracy rate.
Basic understanding of civil engineering or construction terminology is a plus.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
