Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Associate who can handle client communication, generate leads, explain IT services/products, and provide basic technical support to customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of IT services.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Generate recent leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Explain company IT services and products to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Coordinate with the technical team for client support.
Provide basic troubleshooting and customer support.
Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and sales reports.
Maintain customer database and daily updates.

Required Skills




Positive communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of IT services and software.
Knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and team coordination.

Qualification
Graduate in any stream.
MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory.
