Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring requirements across the organization. Candidates with experience in CA Firms, Accounting Firms, Audit Firms, or Consultancy Firms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
Support employee onboarding and maintain required recruitment documentation.
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred Experience




2–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Experience in a CA Firm, Accounting/Audit Firm, Consultancy, or Professional Services Firm is highly preferred.
Experience recruiting Accountants, Auditors, Finance professionals, CA/ACCA candidates, and other professional-service roles will be an advantage.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Valuable communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.

Qualification
Masters's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
HR certification or relevant recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
