Job Responsibilities
An Student Counselor (Study Abroad) should counsel students about study destinations, courses, universities, and eligibility.
The Student Counselor (Study Abroad) should handle incoming enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
Provide transparent information on admission timelines, fees, scholarships, and admission requirements.
Follow up consistently to convert leads to applications and admissions.
Maintain solid product knowledge about universities abroad.
Student Counselor (Study Abroad) should coordinate with the students for smooth processing.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
