Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience marketing bench consultants, building relationships with implementation partners and prime vendors, negotiating rates, and placing consultants on contract opportunities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants to implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
Identify suitable contract opportunities for consultants based on their skills and experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and recruiters.
Negotiate billing rates and contract terms.
Coordinate interviews and manage the complete placement process.
Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.
Work closely with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements.
Ensure consultants are marketed effectively using job portals, email campaigns, and skilled networks.
Follow up regularly with vendors and clients regarding submitted consultants.





Required Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Strong knowledge of the US staffing industry.
Experience working with implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of US work authorization (H-1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Positive knowledge of various IT technologies and skill sets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
