Job Description
Ensuring proper housekeeping and following safety and precautions guidelines
Managing department efficiently and effectively in line with Quality Policy, quality system documentation and carry out continual improvement of QMS;
Carrying out all testing work as per laboratory’s standard methods only;
Following quality control plan including control run/ calibration of test parameters and take timely corrective actions for nonconforming testing work, where needed;
Monitoring status of all critical inputs (purchased supplies) strictly as per norms;
Managing inventory of all critical inputs in coordination with stores in-charge.
Handing over all QC records to Technical Manager for validation.
Informing seniors of critical / alert results as and when observed.
Ensuring that all test results are generated as per the specified turn around time or time committed to customer.
Conducting in-house equipment maintenance as per schedule and keep them in up to date working conditions.
