Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.
Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Generate quality leads through various marketing channels.
Manage social media, website, and brand communication.
Track campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and site launch activities.
Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of marketing experience (Real Estate preferred).
Solid knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
