About the Role

Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Telesales: Convert inbound leads and inquiries into successful admissions through persuasive communication.
Career Counseling: Act as a consultant for prospective students, helping them choose training programs that align with their career goals.
Lead Management: Effectively manage the CRM to follow up with potential candidates and ensure a high conversion rate.
Strategic Follow-ups: Maintain a pipeline of prospective enrollments and provide end-to-end guidance through the fee structure and batch scheduling.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) or any Degree/Diploma.
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Malayalam is essential for student interaction.



Robust English communication is highly preferred.
Mindset: A competitive, "money-motivated" attitude. We want individuals who are hungry for growth and incentives.
Experience: While experienced sales professionals are welcome, we have a robust training program for ambitious freshers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
