About the Role

HostKicker WorkPlace Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Panaji. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions and understand their requirements.
Promote and explain company products/services to potential customers.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.




Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Follow company policies and maintain skilled standards.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Comfortable working the night shift.
Must have own vehicle.
