During the training you will be exposed to
Client Interaction- Job Understanding, Requirement Gathering
End to End Recruitment (Sourcing to Onboarding)
Posting job ads on qualified sites, job sites and social media
Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
Communicating with candidates and helping them make informed decision.
Use recruiting software to keep track of the various stages of recruitment cycle.
Planning and participating in various recruitment events.
Enabling a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements and skills
Any graduate with one plus year experience in handling Manufacturing recruitment from Recruitment Organization or from Manufacturing Organization .
Tech-savvy and Excellent communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Problem-solving aptitude and Critical-thinking skill.
High result orientation.
