We are a leading supplier of printing machines and finishing equipment, serving customers across various industries. We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our field service team in Thiruvananthapuram.
Key Responsibilities
Install recent printing and finishing machines at customer locations.
Attend customer service calls and troubleshoot machine issues.
Carry out preventive maintenance and repair work.
Diagnose electrical and electronic faults and provide effective solutions.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Maintain service reports and communicate job status to the office.
Travel to customer sites within the assigned region as required.
Eligibility
ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field.
Freshers with good technical knowledge are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates are preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
Willingness to travel extensively for field service assignments.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Work Schedule
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
6 days a week
Salary & Benefits
Attractive salary based on qualification and experience.(10-15K range for Freshers)
TA/DA provided in addition to salary for official travel.
