Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month (Depending on Interview Performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. The candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure on-time order processing.
Prepare dispatch documents including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Verify products, quantities, and packaging before dispatch.
Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/Excel reports.
Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to customers and internal teams.
Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and sales departments to ensure smooth dispatch operations.




Resolve dispatch-related issues and customer delivery concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing of dispatch records.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Problem-solving and attention to detail.

Eligibility
MBA or BBA (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply).
0–2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
Candidates from Greater Noida or nearby locations will be preferred.
