We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PRT Coordinator to join our academic team at L.P. Savani Academy School, vesu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academics and school management, with proven experience in both CBSE and Gujarat Board curriculum. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, effective classroom practices, and smooth implementation of school policies.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate academic and co-curricular programs across assigned classes and departments.
Ensure effective execution of curriculum (CBSE as well as Gujarat Board) in line with school standards.
Monitor lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices to maintain quality benchmarks.
Guide and mentor teachers to improve pedagogy and classroom management.
Assist in designing academic calendars, timetables, and examination schedules.
Organize teacher training, workshops, and orientation programs to enhance faculty development.
Maintain effective communication between teachers, parents, and school management.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Ensure discipline, smooth functioning of daily school activities, and adherence to policies.




Support the Principal in school events, inspection readiness, and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Post Graduate degree with B.Ed. (mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of teaching/academic coordination experience in a reputed school.
Prior experience working with both CBSE and Gujarat Board curriculum.
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, resolve conflicts, and handle responsibilities with professionalism.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital learning tools and school ERP systems (preferred).
