Roles & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor turning/lathe machines to manufacture components as per specifications.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Set up machines, tools, and fixtures before starting production.
Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ensure products meet quality standards and dimensional requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance and report any machine issues or breakdowns.
Adjust machine settings to maintain production efficiency and product quality.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Adhere to workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Keep the work area clean and organized according to 5S standards.




Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to resolve production-related issues.

Key Skills
Knowledge of Lathe/Turning Machine Operations
Ability to read engineering drawings
Familiarity with measuring instruments
Understanding of machining processes and tolerances
Attention to detail and quality control
Basic machine troubleshooting skills

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade
Experience in operating conventional or CNC turning machines (as required by the company)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
