Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete customer lifecycle from booking to project handover
Coordinate with customers for home loan processing and bank documentation.
Follow up on construction stage payments and loan disbursements.
Communicate with JV partners, customers, and internal departments.
Handle customer documentation, registration, and possession processes.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth home-buying experience.
Maintain customer records and provide regular status updates.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
