STP Operator – Job Description

Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is looking for a responsible and experienced STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain sewage treatment systems at residential/commercial project sites. The candidate should ensure smooth plant operations, proper water treatment processes, and compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor STP systems, pumps, motors, blowers, and related equipment.
Check daily parameters such as pH, TDS, sludge level, and water quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of STP machinery.
Maintain logbooks and operational records regularly.
Ensure proper chemical dosing and treatment processes.
Coordinate with maintenance and facility teams for repairs and inspections.
Follow safety and environmental compliance standards.




Handle sludge disposal and housekeeping of the STP area.
Report equipment failures or abnormal plant conditions to supervisors.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification preferred.
Experience in operating STP/ETP plants preferred.
Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ability to maintain records and reports.
Knowledge of water treatment processes and safety procedures.
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹20,098.72 - ₹32,852.07 per month
