Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused BPO Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Explain products and services to customers and resolve their queries.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.




Follow company guidelines and quality standards during customer interactions.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and concerns professionally.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience:
0–2 years of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
