Service Advisor – Lap47 Performance Studio

Your Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the workshop
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services and solutions
Prepare job cards, estimates, and service recommendations
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Keep customers updated on vehicle status and work progress
Handle service approvals, invoicing, and vehicle delivery
Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business
Support workshop sales and achievement of revenue targets

Who Should Apply
Experience in automotive service advising, customer service, sales,



or workshop operations preferred
Robust communication and customer-handling skills
Passion for automobiles and automotive technology
Ability to explain technical concepts in a customer-friendly manner
Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred
Experience in automobile workshops, dealerships, detailing studios, or service centers is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
