Job Summary

Loreto is looking for an Warehouse Executive – Inventory Management to manage and maintain inventory operations at our warehouse in Narol, Ahmedabad.

The selected candidate will undergo 1 month of training at our Makarba office before moving to the warehouse for permanent work.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day inventory and stock operations
Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory levels
Track inward and outward stock movement
Perform regular physical stock counting and reconciliation
Monitor stock shortages, excess inventory, and discrepancies
Update inventory data using MS Excel / Google Sheets
Coordinate with warehouse staff for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Maintain proper documentation of inventory movement
Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks
Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution
Ensure proper organization and maintenance of warehouse inventory
Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock requirements and availability

Requirements




6+ months of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, stock management, or a similar role
Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory processes
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to maintain systematic records
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Ability to handle stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies

Training & Work Location

First 1 Month: Makarba, Ahmedabad – Training

After Training: Narol, Ahmedabad – Permanent Warehouse Location

Candidates must be comfortable working at the Narol warehouse after completion of the training period.
